We are looking for Project Manager Specialist


Description

  • Provide technical support for the set-up and operation of integrated project planning tool-sets using MS Project and MS Project Server (2003\2007), to provide scheduling, progress monitoring and reporting functions
  • Work at all levels of clients organization to provide appropriate support, reporting and assistance (project team associates, project managers, program managers, program director and stakeholders/senior managers)
  • Build project plans
  • Track progress against project plans
  • Facilitate planning meetings and identify project and program deliverables
  • Overall project coordination and PMO support
  • Must have a good understanding of business processes

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in similar position.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of IT implementation project management and project planning
  • Proven track record in the use of Microsoft Project to construct and manage project and program plans
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience of working in a SEO project environment
  • Must have MS Excel skills, as well as, general Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Must have a good understanding of business processes
  • Organized and thorough operational manner
  • Self driven, able to work on its own initiative in order to deliver tasks and project requirements
